ÌýÌýThe academic year 2026/2027 Bob and Pat Meyers Scholarship was awarded toÌýChristopher Gallegos

The Bob and Pat Meyers Scholarship Fund was established to provide scholarship support for the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder. To be eligible, students must meet the following criteria:

• Current undergraduate enrolled full-time with a declared major in Chemistry or Biochemistry in the College of Arts & Sciences.
• Complete the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ General Scholarship Application and the A&S Scholarship Application.

Bob graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry fromÌýSt. Lawrence University in Canton, New York in 1969.ÌýBob'sÌýreal love was always science, and he returned to thatÌýfield in the 1980s when he started teaching at the University of Colorado’s ScienceÌýDiscovery Program. Bob subsequently became a laboratory coordinator for CU’sÌýChemistry Department. Bob retired from CU in 2007.
