Goals of the Mentor Program:
- Professional & Career DevelopmentÌý– Students will be provided with the opportunity to gain an understanding of what it means to be a life science professional in a working environment across a variety of companies in various stages of their growth.
- Skills & Education EnhancementÌý– The program strives to bridge the gap between university knowledge and the reality of industry by providing access to company environments.
- Leadership DevelopmentÌý– Established industry experts can demonstrate and share expertise with the next generation of life science leaders.
