KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Beryl Stafford is the founder and visionary behind Bobo’s, a beloved brand known for its delicious, wholesome oat snacks. Driven by a passion for family and healthy living, Beryl started Bobo’s in her home kitchen in 2003 alongside her daughter, Bobo.
What began as a small, homegrown venture has grown into an international snack company recognized for its commitment to non-GMO, all-natural, and sustainably sourced ingredients. At the heart of Beryl’s work is a simple mission: to bring people home and feed them like family—one oat bar at a time.
When she’s not leading Bobo’s, you can find Beryl in Boulder riding her e-bike or, more often than not, on the pickleball court. She holds a BA in History from the University of Colorado.
