Ryan Ragaglia is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at the Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining the doctoral program, Ryan received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) fromÌýLeeds, and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Wyoming. He has worked in the technology and retail industries focusingÌýon human resources and operations management. In his research, he hopes to focus on employeeÌýhappiness and satisfaction in the workplace.
