Announcements

Student Testing Center pilot hours

Starting in fall 2025, the Student Testing Center (STC) will pilot expanded hours during the semester to better support students who utilize testing accommodations.

Beginning Aug. 21 through Nov. 28, exams may be scheduled with end times as late as 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Scheduling Guidelines

  • As always, students and instructors are encouraged to schedule exams as close to the course’s in-class start time as possible.
  • Exams must conclude by 9 p.m. Please factor in any extended time and break accommodations when choosing a start time.
  • Requests must be submitted at least five business days in advance using the standard scheduling process.
  • This expansion applies only to regular semester exams. Final exam hours will remain unchanged due to volume and staffing constraints.

This pilot program is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting students with disabilities and faculty on campus with implementing accommodations. We appreciate your partnership in making this a smooth transition and will evaluate the pilot at the end of the semester.
