Disability Services is transitioning from Accommodate to AIM, our new student-facing accommodation management system.Ìý

Important DatesÌý

  • Last day to access Accommodate: Sunday, Aug. 2ÌýÌý
  • System downtime: Monday, Aug. 3 -Tuesday, Aug. 4Ìý
  • First day to access AIM: Wednesday, Aug. 5Ìý

During the transition, students will not have access to either the Accommodate Portal or AIM on Monday, Aug. 3-Tuesday, Aug. 4Ìý

AIM allows students to:Ìý

  • Manage accommodation lettersÌý
  • Submit accommodation requestsÌý
  • Request appointments with your Access Coordinator once you have completed the registration processÌý
  • Access accommodation-related services and resourcesÌý

ErikaÌýGonzalez Orona

  • Student Testing Center Coordinator

Erika joined Disability Services as a Testing Center coordinator in October 2024. She earned an Associate's degree in Psychology from Front Range Community College, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Ethnic Studies, and a Master of Arts in Educational Foundations, Policy & Practice from the University of Colorado Boulder. Throughout her career, Erika has held various student-facing roles within student support services and leadership programs, focusing on social justice, inclusive program development and providing tailored support for students. Erika’s professional areas of interest include wellness and equity and inclusion within educational environments. Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending time with her friends, reading, listening to podcasts and watching movies.
