Disability Services is transitioning from Accommodate to AIM, our new student-facing accommodation management system.Ìý

Important DatesÌý

  • Last day to access Accommodate: Sunday, Aug. 2ÌýÌý
  • System downtime: Monday, Aug. 3 -Tuesday, Aug. 4Ìý
  • First day to access AIM: Wednesday, Aug. 5Ìý

During the transition, students will not have access to either the Accommodate Portal or AIM on Monday, Aug. 3-Tuesday, Aug. 4Ìý

AIM allows students to:Ìý

  • Manage accommodation lettersÌý
  • Submit accommodation requestsÌý
  • Request appointments with your Access Coordinator once you have completed the registration processÌý
  • Access accommodation-related services and resourcesÌý

Tom DeAngelis

Tom DeAngelis joined the University of Colorado Boulder’s Student Testing Center as a coordinator in July 2025. He attended Flagler College, where he graduated from the honors program with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration in 2024. Tom worked as a writing tutor at Flagler College where he developed an interest in working with higher education students, and students with disabilities. Tom's professional areas of interest include accessibility compliance and disability protections under the law.

Outside of the office Tom is usually watching tv, reading a book, or enjoying nature. He loves working out, running and playing all kinds of sports like basketball, tennis and soccer.Ìý
