As part of the consent agenda, the regents approved the full program plan and $6.8 million in campus spending authority for construction of a new highly specialized cleanroom space to support the Colorado Shared Instrumentation in Nanofabrication and Characterization (COSINC) Laboratory’s micro- and nano-fabrication materials characterization program.
COSINC calls for proposals on material characterization projects due April 30.
The Material Characterization Facility – operated within Colorado Shared Instrumentation in Nanofabrication and Characterization (COSINC) service center, College and Engineering and Applied Science, University of Colorado, Boulder – recently relocated to its permanent home in the Sustainability, Energy and Environment Laboratory (SEEL) building on east campus.
