Advance Notice Freight Delivery and Storage Request Form

Distribution Services offers free dock‑to‑dock deliveryand fee‑based storagefor items delivered to the Distribution Center. Because space is limited, advance notice is required for deliveries over four (4) pallets.

Providing advance notice allows us to plan space and staffing and helps you avoid storage charges:

  • With advance notice:
    • No storage fee upon delivery
    • One week of free storageincluded
    • After one week, storage is $15.26 per pallet per month
  • Without advance notice:
    • Storage fees of$15.26 per pallet per monthbegin immediatelyupon receipt

Not sure when your delivery will arrive? That’s okay...please submit the form with your best estimate or select “delivery date unknown.” Early notice helps Distribution Services plan for space and staffing, especially for large or special deliveries.

PALLET STORAGE POLICY: Distribution Services will deliver individual items off of stored pallets by written request. In order to keep our rates low, Distribution Services does not keep an inventory of what is kept on individual pallets. The customer is responsible for keeping track of individual items stored on pallets. Please check the box to show that you acknowledge this policy.
