My research involves studying photoelastic materials, their fabrication, processing, rheology, and characterization. These photoelastic materials are used to make particles to simulate granular flows in nature like avalanches and landslides.

I work with Nathalie Vriend at the Avalanche Lab in ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ's Paul M Rady Department of Mechanical Engineering.

I am also the vice-president of the Postdoctoral Association of Colorado.
