Event Funding

Planning to host a largeÌýor small-scale event? Events are on-campus activities which engage the broader ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ community. Events should align with a student organization’s mission and demonstrate elements of education, outreach or community enrichment.

  • Payments for performers, speakers, lecturers
  • Photo booth
  • Props
  • Security
  • Space reservations

What cannot be fundedÌýÌý

  • Events not free and open to all ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ students
  • Fundraising for charities, non-profits, third parties and student organizations
  • Reimbursements for purchases made prior to funding being approved
