Georgette Vigil joined the Colorado Law Advancement team in March 2019. As a dynamic alumni leader, she excels in building relationships that inspire volunteers, staff, and leadership to engage fully in actions that elevate awareness, pride, participation, and support for the institution. Georgette holds a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis in public relations, both from the University of Northern Colorado. She is also pursuing an Educational Doctorate in Leadership and Equity from the University of Colorado Denver.

Georgette has a proven track record of success as the executive director of three different alumni associations, where she led innovative programs that significantly increased involvement. She describes herself as a collaborative bridge-builder. Following her Master's degree, she worked in community relations and marketing for planned community developers. Georgette and her husband Lee are active community members and enjoy outdoor adventures with their dog, Gozo. She is a proud fifth-generation Colorado native.

At ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ Advancement, Georgette is responsible for expanding alumni engagement and outreach in partnership with the dean of the law school, the assistant dean of advancement, and the alumni leadership.
