Marci Fulton graduated from Colorado Law in 2004, and returned to Boulder to serve as the Assistant Dean for Outreach, Engagement, and Alumni Relations in 2013. In 2018, Marci joined the Career Development Office as Assistant Dean for Employer Relations and Outreach where she conducts outreach efforts to all employment sectors, counsels students, and provides programming for law students aimed at building professional networks and securing law school employment and post-graduate career opportunities.

Marci is a Boulder County native and a "double Buff," having received her BA in American History in 1996. Marci returned to Colorado Law from the Denver office of Patton Boggs LLP, where she began her legal career as a summer associate, moving to an associate position following graduation. At Patton Boggs, Marci's administrative litigation practice focused largely on government investigations and enforcement actions involving alleged violations of federal safety and health laws (OSHA and MSHA). When not directly counseling clients, Marci developed and delivered supervisor training programs for members of the mining industry and authored numerous articles for industry publications. As a student, Marci was an active member of the Colorado Law community and is thrilled to have the opportunity to help connect students and employers.
