We’re excited to host the next session of this year’s Emerging Leadership Academy: Leading Others – Teamwork, presented by Matthew Zummo, ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ Naval ROTC.
In this interactive session, Col Zummo will draw from his experience in the Marine Corps to explore what it means to lead others effectively. He’ll discuss the foundations of strong teams, the importance of trust and accountability, and how disciplined leadership creates environments where individuals and groups can thrive together.
