The University of Colorado Boulder estimates that the Center for Leadership reaches 18,000 students a year through programs and organizations that it helps support on campus.
Established in 2020, the Center for Leadership at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ was created to bring different leadership programs together in one place and expand leadership programming. It started with 19 affiliate programs in 2020, which are groups or programs on campus that are affiliated with the center, and now, at its five-year mark, has 48 affiliate programs on campus that it estimates reach 18,000 students every year. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ total enrollment is 38,808 students. Examples of affiliate programs include the Distinguished Speakers Board, CU Student Government and the Engineering Leadership Program.

What started with the formation of the Presidents Leadership Class in 1972 grew into the Center for Leadership (CFL), established in 2020. Today, CFL supports a vibrant leadership ecosystem on campus and empowers thousands of students to lead with purpose and authenticity.
