Winter break 2025-26 | Residence Hall Housing Application Process

The Winter Break Housing Agreement is available only for students currently living in the residence halls for the 2025-26 academic year, and have an active 2025-26 Academic Year Contract. Students not returning for the spring semester are excluded from the Winter Break Agreement and must move out on Dec. 13.

If you are interested in winter break housing, please log in to the MyCULiving portal after Nov. 3 (9 a.m.)- Dec. 1 (11:59 p.m.), to complete the Winter Break Housing Agreement.

Winter break overview:

  • The Winter Break Housing Agreement provides access to the student’s current Academic Year 2025-26 housing assignment (room, hall and food) from Dec. 13, 2025, at 10 a.m. to Jan. 6, 2026, at noon.
  • Campus will have limited and/or some remote resources during the Winter Break Housing Agreement timeframe, including but not limited to dining, campus offices and front desk resources. Most of campus will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 2 while you are residing in your assignment.
  • The Buff Bus will not be operating during the Winter Break period.
  • Students will be charged for the entirety of the agreement period on Dec. 13, and there are no refunds despite the number of days spent occupying the room and/or number of meals utilized regardless of the reason, including inclement weather or lack of transportation.

Services available for you during the break period:

  • Access to 24-hour on-call staff. In case of emergency, please call 9-1-1.
  • Three front desks will be open and operational daily from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
    • Central: Willard Hall
    • Kittredge: Kittredge Central
    • Williams Village: Weber Hall at Bear Creek
  • Cleaning services: public areas will be cleaned 2-3 times a week with no weekend and/or holiday cleaning.
  • In case of snow, please note that sidewalks and roadways may be cleared at a slower pace than during the academic year.
  • Meals:Ìýwill be provided only at C4CÌýstarting Monday, Dec. 15.
    • Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-2 p.m. for breakfast and lunch at the C4C CU on the Run grab and go only. Boxed dinner options will be provided for students to take.
    • Weekend boxed meal options will be provided for pick-up on Fridays.
    • The grab and go will be closedÌýon weekends, Dec. 13, 14, 25, 26 and Jan. 1.

Residence Hall Dining Application Process (Reed Hall students only)

Students currently living in Reed Hall during winter break 2025-26 are eligible to purchase Winter Break Dining. If you are interested in Winter Break Dining, please log in to the MyCULiving portal and complete the Winter Break Dining Agreement after Nov. 3 (9 a.m.) - Dec. 1 (11:59 p.m.)

Winter Break Dining overview:

  • The optional Winter Break Dining Agreement provides access to dining from Dec. 15, 2025, at 10 a.m. to Jan. 6, 2026, at noon.
  • Campus will have limited and/or some remote resources during the Winter Break Dining Agreement timeframe including but not limited to dining, campus offices and front desk resources. Most of campus will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 2 while you are residing in your assignment.
  • You will be charged a non-refundable $715 on Dec. 13 for the entirety of the agreement period regardless of the number of meals utilized and reason, including inclement weather.

Meals available for you during the Break period:

MealsÌýwill be provided only at C4C starting Monday, Dec. 15.
