The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the University of Colorado Boulder is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.

ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU Boulder’s self-insurance policy.
