The Keeper's Den

VIEW PROJECT:

In The Keeper's Den, Ellie explores five poems she has written throughout college through the lens of collage. Giving each poem a distinct feel, she hopes to capture her progress and evolution as both a writer and artist. Beginning with The Riverbank’s End, the poem and illustration that began her journey in media production, Ellie continues on to What Do We Owe Each Other, putting many of the skills she learned in her foundational classes to use. Her final three poems, Silt and Solitude, The Loving You Party and A Poem for Keepers, all work to elevate both the art and writing capabilities she has cultivated throughout her time at CU. Her final poem, A Poem for Keepers, is published in the 2026 CU Honors Journal.Ìý
