2027–28 Catalog: Workflow Updates Due Oct. 16
Welcome to the start of the 2027–28 catalog production cycle.
Before we open the catalog for annual edits, please review the approval workflow for your catalog pages and submit any necessary updates by Friday, Oct. 16 using theÌýworkflow revision request.Ìý
A workflow revision request is needed if:Ìý
- You've had staffing or other changes that affect who should review your program or policy content in the catalog,Ìýand
- Your revisionsÌýare notÌýfor the School of Education or the College of Engineering & Applied Science.Ìý
Workflow revisions for the School of Education and CEAS are being coordinated by Travis Anderson (Education), Stacey Hogan (CEAS undergraduate pages), and Meredith Canode (CEAS graduate pages).
To review current workflow configurations for your pages,Ìýcheck the current workflow for a catalog page.ÌýIf you need assistance, emailÌýcatalog@colorado.edu.
Working Sessions
We’ll continue to offerÌýÌýstarting in November, which provide an opportunity for both new and returning catalog reviewers to receive one-on-one training, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance from a member of the catalog team.Ìý

Production Schedule
Workflow reviews for academic program pages in the 2027-28 catalog will begin onÌýWednesday, Oct. 21, with a department/unit review deadline ofÌýDec. 4.Ìý
