Your College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend can't be applied to your bill because the Social Security number (SSN) in your ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ record doesn't match the one in your COF application.

We have reviewed the petition and supporting documents you submitted for Fall 2025. After our initial review, we requested additional documentation or clarification regarding your residency petition. As you did not submit the required documentation, your petition is now closed and will no longer be processed. Petition closures are final and may not be appealed.
