Faculty & Staff Announcements
- This Friday, Oct. 30, is the last day for students to do the following for the Fall 2020 semester: drop a class, submit or cancel a grade replacement request, and change a class's grade mode from letter grade to pass/fail or vice versa.
- Starting today, academic program pages in the 2021鈥22 catalog will open for edits, with a target department/unit review deadline of Dec. 18. (All other catalog pages will open for edits in December.)
- Please join us for a virtual Office of the Registrar town hall on Tuesday, Oct. 27. Watch for an agenda and Zoom link in next week's newsletter. We hope to see you there!
- Please submit any workflow updates by Monday, Oct. 12, so we can get them in place before edit access opens.
- Please identify required books and other course materials (or confirm that no聽materials are required) for your Spring 2021 classes by Monday, Nov. 9.
- As previously announced, the deadline for students to change a student-option class from letter grade to pass/fail (or vice versa) is now the tenth Friday of the semester. For Fall 2020, that date is Friday, Oct. 30 (prorated for special sessions).
- The deadline to submit all Fall 2020 graduate program changes and intra-university transfers (IUTs) is Wednesday, Sept. 9. We will not process any fall program changes after that date.
- A revised Spring 2021 academic scheduling timeline is now available;聽see side-by-side聽date changes below.
- Now that Fall 2020 is underway, we can proceed with scheduling for Spring 2021!
- Under the new process, students wanting to take a class for no credit must first register for the class, then submit an OnBase form requesting a change to no credit. Existing processes for community and senior auditors are unaffected.
