Ashley joined our lab for the summer of 2019Ìýas an REU student with support from NSF DEB 155314, and she studied carotenoid genes associated with flower color variation in Petunieae. AfterÌýcompleting her biology degree at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, she was a tech inÌý and now she's aÌýGRFP fellow at the University of Chicago!
