The Committee for Belonging, Equity, Accessibility and Mattering (BEAM) supports the University of Colorado Boulder’s efforts to advance diversity and equity by providing the campus community with opportunities to extend their knowledge, perspectives, and experiences vital to performing effectively in a culturally diverse and globally connected society.

Staff Council at the University of Colorado Boulder and its staff members recognize that the university sits upon land within the territories of the Ute, Cheyenne, and Arapaho peoples. Further, we acknowledge that are historically tied to the lands that make up the state of Colorado.
