Amy K. Dunbar-WallisÌýserves as Program Manager for Sustainability Initiatives in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Sustainability at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she coordinates strategic initiatives, partnerships, operations, and communications to expand ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ's sustainability influence. With a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ (2025) and previously a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, Amy brings experience in community-engaged research, science education, and participatory approaches to sustainability. Her research focused on science civic engagement and course-based undergraduate research experiences (CUREs) in diverse institutional settings. Amy's work bridges ecological research, informal education, and community partnerships, positioning her to foster collaboration across ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ's colleges, centers, and administrative units while supporting the university's mission to lead in sustainability education and practice. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, running and hiking with friends, and volunteering with the Boulder Apple Tree Project.Ìý
