Each storyteller will don a cape that imbues their story with magic, mystery, invisibility, or superpowers. Escape for a time from the world created from the imaginations of dominators and oppressors who have caused harm to our Earth and those who live on it. Dressed for imagination, we will author a new narrative that honors and sustains life and eco-systems. An equitable, survivable, and thrive-able world is possible, but it needs to be imagined into being. Conversation to follow on how to facilitate activities with your community to activate their imaginations.

Contact Beth Osnes-Stoedefalke with questions- beth.osnes@colorado.edu

This offering created through a MASP course at the University of Colorado through the SPIKE Center for Sustainability Education featuring student storytellers imagining into being a more sustainable world.

*NGOCSW&) Forum is the 70th annual gathering of the Non-Governmental Organizations and the Commission on the Status of Women United Nations global gathering for gender equity occurring this year 9-20 March 2026 in New York City, along with online offerings.
