A campus emergency can happen at any moment. When it does, you will receive a text message warning you about the emergency as long as you have your contact information correct in MyCUInfo.
Today there are more and more mobile providers who use Wi-Fi over cell service for connectivity. We also know there are places around campus where the cell service is limited.
To cover that gap, ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ has added the Alertus smartphone app to the methods available to receive ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ Alerts. This free app uses Wi-Fi, rather than cell service, to receive the same emergency notification to your mobile phone or tablet.
