May 12 send-off planned for lacrosse Buffs bound for the Elite Eight

Come out and support the CU women's lacrosse team as they leave to take on Northwestern in the NCAA Elite Eight!ÌýÌý

The team will have a publicÌýsendoff on Tuesday, May 12, at 2:30Ìýp.m.Ìýoutside theÌýnortheast entrance to the CU Events Center. Director of Athletics Fernando Lovo, Head Coach Ann Elliott Whidden and others will be speaking before the team loads onto the bus and departs for Northwestern. Chip and the CU Cheer Squad will also be there to send off the Buffs!ÌýÌý

Colorado will take on the Wildcats on Thursday, May 14, at 12:30 p.m. MDT. The game will be broadcast on ESPNU.ÌýÌý
