Based on core technologies of advanced particle-controlled drug delivery, engineered biomaterials and gene therapies, boasts a pipeline of regenerative therapeutics to reverse osteoarthritis at any stage by promoting the body to restore cartilage and joint tissue.Ìý

Renovare Therapeutics' lead candidate, RNV-100, is an intra-articular injection for mild-to-moderate osteoarthritis that delivers a sustained release of an FDA-approved drug to promote durable tissue regeneration. RNV-300 is a biomimetic, hydrogel composite for large cartilage lesions that is implanted arthroscopically and delivers a regenerative protein cocktail to promote the body’s cells to repair cartilage. Both candidates are entering IND-enabling studies in 2026 with plans for first-in-human Phase 1 trials by 2028.Ìý

While Renovare Therapeutics' portfolio was initially developed by a team of researchers at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ, CU Anschutz and CSU and supported by up to $33.5 million in non-dilutive funding from ARPA-H (awarded to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ), Renovare Therapeutics was formed in April 2026 to license background intellectual property and advance lead and pipeline assets toward commercialization. Renovare Therapeutics has participated in the and Innosphere Life Science Incubator and received a , as well as a proof-of-concept grant from the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT).

Renovare Therapeutics' portfolio of regenerative therapies was developed over 20 years of research by co-founders , professor in ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ's Chemical and Biological Engineering and , , and scientific advisors , , Laurie Goodrich, and Kelly Santangelo, . Bryant, Payne, Zuscik and Goodrich were co-principal investigators and Kelly Santangleo was a senior investigator on the ARPA-H award that supported early research and development. Ìýjoined the team in 2025 and serves as co-founder and CEO.
