The CEAE Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) committee initiatedÌýthe Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Minute in Spring 2022.Ìý
Much like a "safety minute"Ìýyou might have on a job site, the DEI Minute is meant to be short (no more than 250 words — which adults can generally read in oneÌýminute) and informative to raise awareness about DEI issues. This is one small step toward enhancing our abilities to communicate with, relate toÌýand respect everyone within and beyondÌýour departmental community. The DEI Minute will include links to resources for further information on each topic.Ìý
