This August, ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ revised its Signature Authority Matrix, a document that sets out role-based authority to sign agreements on behalf of the University. These changes may impact you, your department, or unit.Ìý

Why review the new Signature Authority Matrix?Ìý

• Positions not included in the current and active Signature Authority Matrix do not have authority to sign operational agreements on behalf of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ (read the full Signature Authority Policy).

• University employees who sign operational agreements, without the proper authority, may be personally liable for the agreement and/or subject to discipline.Ìý
