Join Matt Hinkle, Asset Accountant-Cash & Capital in the Campus Controller's Office, for a session on the Ҵýƽ Gift Card Program.

Gift cards are considered cash-equivalent instruments and are frequently used in place of cash or checks. Common use cases include compensating study participants, providing incentives for surveys, recognizing contributions, and issuing honoraria. This training will guide you through the appropriate use of gift cards, including how to establish a gift card authorization, manage distribution, and maintain accurate records.
