We organize activities and programs thatdive deeply into the ideas behind, and questions raised by, our exhibitions and collections. We also create programs to explorethe creativeresearch occurring throughout the university. Whether gallery talks, faculty lectures, expert conversations, concerts, performances, or workshops we welcome students and the public to join us for our free programs at the museum and around CU'scampus. Culture Crawl 2026: Drop-in Artmaking at CUAM

Clay Birds, Party Hats & Scavenger Hunts With Prizes!

Join us for an art extravaganza during this year's Culture Crawl! Celebrate the CU Art Museum's Sweet 16 by decorating and wearing your very own party hat, and sculpt birds inspired by artworks from our newest exhibition, "CU Collects"! Plus, explore the art museum and win prizes by completing our scavenger hunt. We'll have snacks and beverages, and all supplies will be provided! All experience levels are welcome to join this free event.

Ҵýƽ the Culture Crawl:The Culture Crawl is a campus-wide event celebrating Ҵýƽ arts & culture. Stop by the different locations to take part in immersive activities, performances, artmaking, food tasting and more.

Join the CALM Center and the CU Art Museum for a restorative sound bath meditation. Designed to relax your body and mind with healing music, the sound vibrations will help guide your consciousness toward a calm and peaceful state of mind.

All sessions begin promptly at 12:15. Please arrive a few minutes early - doors to the meditation close at 12:15.

This powerful guided meditation relieves stress, soothes the nervous system, and leaves you relaxed and revitalized. All levels are welcome—no prior experience needed.

Get creative with us on the second Saturday of each month! Each month we’ll be putting together a different art-themed program that you can drop in on. Come in and color with us or even pick up a new skill!
