Professional Development Workshop for High School Teachers - June 2nd, 2026

The Colorado Geographic Alliance (COGA) will be hosting a Professional Development Workshop for High School Teachers on Tuesday, June 2nd, 9am-5pm, in the University of Colorado Boulder. With in-person and virtual participation options.
This workshop will cover basic climate science, the sociocultural origins and impacts of climate change, and climate justice. Teachers will receive classroom-ready lesson plans and hands-on-activities aligned with state standards. Additional stipend provided for follow-up feedback and consultation.
