Tools for resiliency and de-stressing in the moment with HeartMath workshop

Human Resources invites you to participate in HeartMath庐听 to learn how to de-stress, in the moment, during challenging situations. For over 20 years, the evidence-based听HeartMath庐听program has helped people discover practical 鈥榠n the moment鈥� self-regulation tools to increase听resiliency听in stressful or pressured situations. This one-hour workshop will explain the role emotions play in performance and health. Participants will learn how to utilize the heart/brain connection to regulate heart rhythms to immediately address different emotional states in challenging situation. This program is based upon the Institute for HeartMath鈥檚 research on physiology of optimal performance.

Learning Outcomes

  • Apply tools to enhance your ability to focus, process information and solve problems
  • Use breathing techniques to increase vitality and resilience
  • Recognize when to use HeartMath to reduce stress, worry and fatigue

Erin Cunningham Ritter is the Director of Employee Engagement in the Dean鈥檚 Office, College of Arts and Sciences, University of Colorado.听 She previously served as the Director of Wellness Programs, Training and Leadership Development at the University of Colorado Anschutz Health and Wellness Center on the CU medical campus. For more than 15 years,听Erin听has coached more than 3,000 clients on wellness, personal and professional development, allowing them to feel empowered to accomplish their unique goals.听Erin is partnering with 蜜桃传媒破解版下载 Human Resource to offer this workshop.
