- Update the salary equity grievance policy
- Conduct and support analysis of salaries across units; scatterplot outliers
- Analyze best practices across ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ and elsewhere, drawing on Faculty Salary Procedures Working Group
- Promote transparency around salary and merit processes
- Work with Faculty Fellows supporting alignment in processes and procedures across ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ
Aiming to complete these tasks by fall 2025, to conduct merit planning in January 2026.
