The members of the Advisory Board provide advice regarding overall direction and vision for the Center – from the perspective of community members and leaders in industry – and assist the Center to define, develop, and achieve its mission and to help facilitate the Center’s relationships with external stakeholders. The Board contributes to the Center through its knowledge, experience, and demonstrated leadership by providing advice and guidance to the Executive Director and Executive Committee. The members of the Advisory Board have no governance responsibility or appointing authority for personnel matters. The Board meets quarterly, but can meet more frequently if necessary.
