Graduation Information
Are you ready to graduate? Apply now.Ìý
You must apply to graduate for the semester in which you'll officially and successfully completeÌýallÌýrequirements for the degree(s) and major(s) you're pursuing. Degrees are conferred at the end of the fall, spring, and summer semesters. For more information about how and when to apply, click on the button below. If you would like your name in the spring Mechanical Engineering graduation recognition ceremony program, you must apply for graduation by April 1st.
Once you have successfully applied, you will also need to purchase your cap and gown from the CU Bookstore (or consider borrowing your cap and gown from a previous graduate). Master's and doctoral regalia will be available on the CU Bookstore website starting on February 2, 2026.
The department gifts ME graduates with an ME-branded shirt and pint glass upon graduation. Graduates: Please fill out by March 2nd if you would like a shirt and glass - the form also allows you to order additional ME gear for purchase. You'll be able to pick them up at the department front desk in April.
