The Fall 2024 Powwow at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ marked the return of a beloved tradition to campus after a 23-year hiatus. Over 70 dancers and 25 drummers also joined the powwow, representing six different states and at least 20 tribes.
Benny Shendo Jr. is the University of Colorado Boulder's associate vice chancellor for Native American affairs. It's a new position focused on building relationships between the campus and tribes in Colorado.
