Pride in Recovery

Recovery Talks

Join an open discussion about life in recovery led by students and staff members. Meetings are open to all paths of recovery and topics will vary weekly.

CRC Speaker Meeting

Come join us as we take a more intimate look at the journey of individuals in our community who have been invited to share their stories of recovery

Monday Dinner

Join the CRC to socialize and eat with those in recovery and recovery allies. Meal cards provided.

Let's Talk Gambling

Drop-in counseling supporting all forms of gambling addiction.

Zen Meditation

Join others in recovery for an introduction to zazen, a seated meditation practice. This session includes 20 minutes of meditation and brief discussion, followed by an optional 10-minute meditation. Food and Body Image

The CRC invites all who struggle with their relationship to food and body image to join us for a midday snack as we cook up some camaraderie and connection.

Group AcuDetox

CU Medical Services is offering free acudetox acupuncture services. This treatment can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression and pain. Acudetox is also a nationally recognized form of treatment for addiction, PTSD and trauma.

Community Meeting
