The global media company ranked ���Ҵ�ý�ƽ������ as the top higher education employer in Colorado in its . The university placed 13th overall on the state list and third among employers headquartered in Colorado. ��

The recognition follows ���Ҵ�ý�ƽ������'s appearance earlier this year on Forbes' , where the university ranked No. 4 among large employers in Colorado.����

The Best Employers by State ranking, developed by Forbes in partnership with market research firm Statista, surveyed more than 245,000 employees nationwide and evaluated organizations on workplace culture, compensation and benefits, flexibility, career advancement opportunities and overall reputation.��

���Ҵ�ý�ƽ������ continues to invest in faculty and staff development. Last year, the university established the Division of Employee Health and Well-Being, a standalone unit dedicated to helping faculty and staff thrive both personally and professionally. ��
