MFA in Creative Writing ApplicantsÌýAre Required to:

1. Hold a baccalaureate degree from a college or university of recognized standing, preferably having completed at least 18 semester hours of English.
2. Have an overall undergraduate grade point average of at least 3.00.
3. Submit the following:

• °ä´Ç³¾±è±ô±ð³Ù±ð»åÌý.
• Unofficial transcripts from all post-secondary colleges and universities attended.
• AÌýdouble-spaced, polished manuscript of original creative work. (ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ 20-25 pages for Fiction (either a single work or two short stories); about 10-20 pages for Poetry).
• Personal statement. Two pages,Ìýdouble-spaced.
• ThreeÌýletters of recommendation. Insert the email addresses of recommenders within the online application where indicated.ÌýIf unable to submit letters online, the recommender may send the letters directly toÌýgradprocessing@colorado.edu.
• The GRE is not required.
