Strength training can be incredibly empowering because it shines a spotlight on all the things our amazing bodies are capable of. Learn the foundations of a strength training program and experience muscle power, increased metabolism and reduced occurrence of injury. Strength training in a small group setting has benefits like being with others who are starting their journey.Ìý

JAMFEST Basketball WorkshopÌý

Grab your friends and get ready for JAMFEST! In this workshop you will improve your basketball skills to prep you and your friends for a strong run in JAMFEST. ÌýBall handling, shooting and defensive plays will be highlighted. ÌýNo prior experience required. ÌýAnyone participating in the workshop as a team will receive free registration to JAMFEST. ÌýAnyone who wants to be on a team for JAMFEST will be connected with teams looking for members.

Paddleboard Yoga

Take your yoga off the mat and into the pool! This class will help improve your balance, core strength and inner awareness. Please wear a modest bathing suit or clothing appropriate for the pool. All participants should be comfortable in deep water.Ìý

Powerlifting

Join one of our certified personal trainers for a 4-week intensive course on proper form and progression of powerlifting movements including squat, deadlift and bench press. Whether it be your first time performing each lift or prepping for a competition, this small group training will help fine tune your lifting techniques for maximal strength results. All levels welcome, no experience required.

Running Foundations: Run a 5-10K

Learn the foundations of running and running progression. Join our personal trainers who specialize in training runners and learn techniques for flexibility, injury prevention and active recovery. Discover the joy of running with tips on performance and motivation. This course will incorporate indoor strength training and outdoor runs.Ìý

Yoga Foundations & AlignmentÌý

This yoga training is designed for those seeking a foundational understanding of alignment principals and individual biomechanics. We will focus on strengthening postural alignment while attuning inner awareness. New and experienced practitioners are welcome.
