Depending on your employment history with the university, you might need to provide some of your personal information using a form that allows our payment team to enter you into the payroll system. 

Do I need to submit the Personal Information (PI) form?

Yes

If you have never been given an employee ID number (EID) by ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ, you'll need to submit the Personal Information (PI) form.

No

If you already have a ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ employee ID number (EID), you don't need to submit the Personal Information (PI) form.
