Individual Conference Travel

We don't issue payments in December to give finance teams time for end-of-year tasks. Plan accordingly.

We don't issue payments in June to give finance teams time for end-of-fiscal-year tasks. Plan accordingly.

Group Conference Travel

We transfer Group Conference Travel funds as soon as possible after awards are issued, but the exact transfer date depends on the availability of our finance team.

Developed and hosted in Boulder since 2018, UROP's Sidewalk Symposium invites undergraduates to share their research and creative presentations with chalk on campus walkways. UROP welcomes undergraduates at any stage of their project to participate.
